The articles about the history of tattoos did fill in the gaps in their knowledge about tattoos.
The personal stories behind tattoos are subjective and feel like self-help media. But not deep enough for them to relate to themselves.
I need to be more specific in terms of the direction of the content in my future intervention. Obviously, there is a lot to learn about storytelling as well.
One of my target audience recommended two classical self-help channel to me before I told her that my intervention is about tattoo clients helping each other. She suffers from depression, and her comments made me wonder if I should be more specific of my intention in terms of the depth of the stories and the visual design of the channel.
